Westlake Village, CA – A recent facility expansion culminates a multi-year plan to bring world-class health, fitness, clinical skincare and massage services together in a local, state-of-the-art facility.
The My Health Studio expansion will change lives with an innovative facility
design providing added “all under one roof” specialty services from The Hidden Gem Clinical Skincare and KayB Therapeutic Massage. Esta McIntyre, owner of My Health Studio commented, “Being able to provide this level of service in advanced fitness, CPR certification, clinical skincare and therapeutic massage in a client-centric facility was desperately needed locally, and a long time coming, … now it’s a reality!”
After years of planning, this new level of collaboration among complementary
specialties will be the standard for a genre of wellness helping “real people with real bodies “achieve their goals.
My Health Studio (MyHealthStudio.com) provides state-of-the-art-fitness training, unique exercise/dance classes for the non-athlete and MHS certifications. Owner operators Esta McIntyre (National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist) and Scott McIntyre (California EMT) opened MHS in 2007.
Kathryn Bruno, owner of The Hidden Gem Clinical Skin Care (TheHiddenGem.info) is a licensed esthetician with more than 30 years worldwide experience as a practitioner and industry educator. She specializes in anti-aging, acne therapy and makeup. The Hidden Gem opened in Thousand Oaks, 2007.
Kay Bahari, licensed therapeutic masseuse of KayB Therapeutic Massage
(KayBTherapeuticMassage.com) has vital experience as an X-ray technician,
providing a unique knowledge of the human body. Services include
pregnancy massage, deep tissue, Swedish, trig points, and hot stones. KayB Therapeutic has been operating in Thousand Oaks since 2001.
