Suck and Tuck The importance of engaging the core

When done properly, engaging the core stabilizes the spine, creating strength and enabling stability and movement. The core area is comprised of the back muscles, abdominals, gluteus muscles and pelvic region. In short, a strong core impacts almost every movement we make, from supporting our neck and shoulders to moving our legs. It’s time to suck and tuck!
