If you hate exercise but love music and dancing, then you’ll love our classes!  We incorporate just the right amount of laughter and fun with movement designed to burn calories and tone every muscle.  Since we’ve licensed the right to play music by original artists, you’ll hear songs you know and recognize.  We even take your requests for our playlists!  We add, modify and delete classes based on the input of our members.  Listed below are just some of our class offerings.  For this week’s classes, please see our EVENT/CLASS CALENDER.

Do exercises classes bore you? Come in for some laughs and fun while
getting/staying in shape! This is a class for everyone (beginners and beyond)!

Burn calories! Participants who incorporate compound movements into their
exercise routines achieve long term benefits in less time. We emphasize FUN and
movement. Simple compound movements, low impact, easy walking patterns,
aerobic combinations and resistance routines are performed to music from the 50’s to present. The workout changes each week. The intensity level can be adjusted to
your personal ability.

The goal is simple: We want you to want to get fit and love doing it!

 
 

“Yoga (Stretch and Restore)” ($10 Per Class – Walk-Ins Encouraged)
(Monthly and Package Rates Also Available for Unlimited Classes)

This class is designed for beginners, seniors, men, women, and those who are looking for a gentle blend of Hatha, as well as, restorative yoga. Our instructors create a nurturing style and comfortable environment which encourages growth and harmony between body and mind with special attention to alignment and breath. If you never thought you could do Yoga, then this is the class for you!  Join us and become inspired to move, stretch and breathe your way to vitality and health!
 
 

“Yoga Synthesis (Sculpt and Strengthen)” ($10 Per Class – Walk-Ins Encouraged)
(Monthly and Package Rates Also Available for Unlimited Classes)

This class is a combination of yoga mixed with fitness movements. You will experience a total-body toning workout. The moves work your muscles in an integrated way to boost flexibility and strength as well as body awareness. This class is safe for all ages and fitness levels. If you never thought you could do Yoga, then this is the class for you!  Join us and become inspired to move, stretch and breathe your way to vitality and health!

 

 

Cardio Dance Fitness ($10 Per Class – Walk-Ins Encouraged)
(Monthly and Package Rates Also Available for Unlimited Classes)

If you think you’re too old for this style of dance, think again! This is an awesome class consisting of rhythmic exercises and dance steps including jazz and hip-hop moves. Basic moves make this class fun for anyone - even the non-dancer! You'll use muscles you didn't know you had! This genre of dance spotlights choreography to up-beat pop and Hip-Hop music. Come laugh and burn some calories with us as we explore basic Hip-Hop break, pop & lock, jazz and freestyle moves!
 
 

20/20/20 ($10 Per Class – Walk-Ins Encouraged)

Feel like your current workout routine is getting a little old? This class provides the best of all worlds ~ cardio for 20 minutes, sculpting and toning for 20 minutes, using bands, body weight or light weights and 20 minutes of flexibility, balance, abdominal and core work ~ all to great music. The intensity level can be adjusted to your personal ability.
