Instructor: Esta McIntyre ~ Do exercises classes bore you? If so, try this cardio/strength building class and move to music from the 50's to the present. This is a class for beginners and beyond. You never know what Esta will come up with -- everything from dance to weight lifting to throwing sand balls! Regardless of the movement, this session is always full of calorie-burning fun and laughs! Participants who incorporate compound movements into their exercise routines achieve long-term benefits in less time. The workout changes each week.
